01 · Overview
Flip Zone by Target brought a Parisian street-fair vibe to downtown Minneapolis during the U.S. Gymnastics Olympic Trials. Spanning the footprint between Target Center and Target Field, the activation mixed interactive games, concerts and sponsor touchpoints designed to drive foot traffic and brand lift.
We storyboarded a hero film that balances scale (standard aerials) with energy (FPV and ground-level action), while capturing a robust photo set for EventLink’s portfolio and post-event marketing.

02 · The challenge
A four-day activation spread across two venues and the streets between them. That meant coordinating with Target Center, Target Field, the city and event security, and flying aerial and FPV over dense crowds on a moving schedule.
Lots of stakeholders and moving parts. We locked access and airspace early, then kept a small crew ready to swing between hero moments (jump wall, concerts) and real crowd reactions.
03 · Approach
Crew & footprint
Director, videographer, photographer, FPV/drone operator and producer. Stage moments and roaming activations covered in parallel.
Coverage plan
Establishing aerials for scale, FPV to push velocity through the activation corridors, and stabilized ground movement and detail work across the jump wall, concerts and sponsor zones.
Deliverables
A one-minute hero film plus a comprehensive photo set with social-ready options. Post prioritized pace, music sync and clear sponsor moments for portfolio and sales enablement.
